Great time, great laundry, great AC, great stove& kitchen. Perfect views and location to restaurants, shopping & pharmacy. The staff is friendly and courteous. I only could leave gift card s for room service bc idk my atm pin.
Excellent service for Maria the Supervisor and the room was pretty big and walking distancia for walgreens and mini mall. I recommended it! the best was the service!

Room was really nice and big. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor tho. The staff was generally very kind and helpful except for one man that was rude. The breakfast wasn’t the best as almost everything was already eaten when I got there (there was still 45 minutes of breakfast time) so I just took coffee. The hotel is in very nice location close to many restaurants and to Cuban district

Rooms are nice. Replaced doing my visit all new beds in every room. Prepared used credit card to access snacks from vending machine's.
I was really concerned about the quality of this location. But service and rooms were good enough, not to mention the LOCATION fact which was perfect for my needs. Very clean rooms, carpets on the hall were old, but the room was fair. I came for a month but paid only first week to check if it was worth. Now I am extending my stay. BTW, the hotel pictures have to be updated. It shocks you to find something completely different.
Great hotel! Only stayed for one night but clean, spacious, and convenient with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Nora at the front desk was amazing, so kind, and helpful. Will stay here again!
